"We met Judy years ago when we first became interested in the area surrounding the Beaverkill, and since then we've stayed in touch. Last year we worked with her to purchase land and could not have been happier with the process and the outcome. Deeply knowledgeable about the area and about real estate, Judy is smart, caring, and hard-working. She is a joy to work with and we recommend her without reservation." J & L
"Judy VanPut was instrumental in our being able to purchase our property in the Catskills. She was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly always available when we needed her."
"Judy sold some property for me in the Beaverkill Valley several years ago and did an excellent job. She's extremely knowledgeable about real estate in the Catskills. You can count on Judy to work very hard for you, and she has excellent people skills as well. There is no one I would recommend more highly."
"In 2008, we decided that the Beaverkill Valley and Mountain Club community were the perfect place to find a second home. We had friends in the area and loved the idea of a 12-month retreat. While we had visited the area, we did not know the lay of the land as well as we should before buying a home. Then we met Judy. On a sunny fall afternoon, I met her at the Beaverkill Valley Inn and we began our tour. We hit the Falls and a modern lodge near a stream. We visited a log cabin with all the amenities. We visited a cozy house with a pool closer to Livingston Manor. We pored over every detail of an historic farmhouse on Beaverkill Road. We climbed up Beech Hill Road to a 1970s ranch with a huge pond. We looked at lots with building sites and incredible views. All were delightful in their own way. But more than that were the stories Judy told that knit the place and all its homes, families, activities and landscapes together. Fishing, horseback riding, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, the Mountain Club, the Stream Club, campouts and adventures.
Judy guided us through a bidding process on one house and stuck with us through every single detail, answering question after question. When that bid did not work out, she gently got us back to looking for the place we never knew we always wanted. And finally, we found it. 65 acres of trails and fields and an enormous pond with views of colorful trees and a house with a lot of promise that -- after an inspired renovation -- is the place that we always wish we are. Whether we go for up for a day or a week, we never want to leave. We have Judy and her patience, her insights, her professionalism, her loyalty and her real sense of caring to thank for leading us to our dream house."
" We are so happy we decided to buy a home in the Beaverkill valley. We've been there now for almost three years and we're still exploring all the wonderful things available to us. It's especially great with children. In all I can't imagine finding a better place to spend time with the whole family."
