Fishing is prime now! Ed was pleased to see Green Drakes on the Beaverkill and is enjoying good fishing.

    The Beaverkill at Cooks Falls was flowing at 274 cubic feet per second on Friday morning, June 8. For the first time in quite  while, this was below the average flow of 324 cfs over 104 years of record-keeping. Water temperatures ranged from a low of 55 degrees Fahrenheit to a high of 66 degrees F.

    The East Branch Delaware River at Fishs Eddy was a bit above the average flow; registering 584 cubic feet per second as opposed to the 63-year average of 540 cfs. Water temperatures last week ranged from a low of 55 degrees  to a high of 67 degrees F.

    The West Branch Delaware River at Fishs Eddy was a bit higher as well; registering 543 cubic feet per second as opposed to the 54-year average of 471 cfs. Water temperatures last week ranged from a low of 46 degrees F to a high of 57 degrees Fahrenheit.
